Promotions - Flyers

While studying design at Academy of Art in San Francisco, I saw the tremendous potential of digital design and digital rendering. For years, artists and musicians were cutting up newspapers and magazines for paste-up on show flyers and posters. It became it's own art form. Eventually, I produced event posters for promoters and national touring acts. I noticed that designing with scissors, glue stick and markers gave me a special understanding of promotions from the ground up.
